Ranks & Responsibility

Knowing your mission is the most important part of the battle and most.

LEADER: It is the Guild Leaders responsibility to accept or reject new members, to expel troublesome or inactive members, assign rank, issue rewards, make notices concerning overall guild changes, run the website and forum, and ensure that ranked members uphold their responsibilities.

COMMANDER: It is the responsibility of the commander to lead the guild in the absence of the guild leader, make rank and award recommendations, recommend disorderly members for disciplinary action, and to organize guild quests such as the titan quest.

GENERAL: It is the General's responsibility to organize skill quests; such as drowcrusher, and to organize general quests such as the defender, bounty, hellion, and survivor quests. He or she must also ensure that everyone who is eligible for III and IV skills get theirs in a timely manner.

SENIOR: It is the responsibility of the Seniors to organize, sign up for, and announce Guild Wars every week. This includes assigning members to parties and ensuring that no one, who wants to participate, is left out of the function.

KNIGHT: It is the responsibility of the knights to uphold order in the guild. Knights are to reprimand poor behavior, issue warnings, field member complaints, and make recommendations for dismissal. The knights are also our defenders, they should defend the honor of the guild at all times. PvP is a good way for knights to settle interguild disputes. Knights are held to the highest standards of morality and dignity.

WARRIOR: Warriors are expected to scout for new members and recommend them to the guild. Warriors are also expected to be mentors. Mentors assist promising new applicants who have not reached level 45 to get them eligible for guild membership.

SOLDIER: The most numerous and important rank of the guild. Soldiers are expected to strive for excellence in rank, skills, and stats. A soldier should conduct himself with pride and respect for others as all guild members should. They should start experience, pet, and individual quest parties as they see fit. They should make new member recommendations and participate in guild functions.
